(1) The Environment Protection Act,
1997 (2053) is hereby repealed.
(2) The acts and actions performed under the Environment Protection Act,
1997 (2053) shall be deemed to have been performed under this Act.
(3) If any application or complaint is under consideration by any body or authority pursuant to the Environment Protection Act,
1997 (2053), such application or complaint shall be settled in accordance with that Act.
